Apothic White is a delicious white wine blend featuring flavours of juicy pineapple, peach, and apricot layered with hints of stone fruit and vanilla. A note of toasted oak completes the flavour profile for a truly delicious blend.

A portion of the chardonnay was fermented on oak chips / staves, which has lent the blend a subtle perception of vanilla and toasted oak.
